CST-TECH INCUBATION CENTRE
The Tech Incubation Center, launched in 2021 with support from the Entrepreneurship Promotion Division (EPD) under the Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship, aims to foster entrepreneurial mindsets among youth, especially in engineering, to promote innovation and technology-based ventures. It serves as a platform for growth-minded individuals to refine ideas into viable businesses, build a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem, and contribute to national development.

Mission
- Stimulate entrepreneurial spirit and mindset among students by assisting them to put their creative ideas into action for solving real-life problems.
- Incubate and support innovative ideas to meet social obligations and enact wealth and employment generation.
Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Development (CRSED)
The center aims to be Bhutan’s leading hub for Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Development, linking knowledge with action for resilience. Through research, global collaboration, and innovative solutions, it works to minimize disaster impacts and empower communities. It promotes awareness, builds expertise, and offers sustainable, low-cost tools for preparedness, safeguarding lives, strengthening communities, and turning challenges into opportunities.
Vision: To be the centre of excellence in the field of renewable and sustainable energy technology.
